I hit Metzler today and hooked 3, landed 2. One was a 6-7lb Coho, lots of green and in nice shape. Saw lots of red fish but no black and nasties. Second fish was a sparkling crome and pink sea-run cut, about 17" Beautifully dazzling fish. Both on a pink marribou egg and skein jig under a bobber, both released. Saw no chum or steelhead, no surprise there.

Looks as though strawberry patches will be closed this year . Land has been sold and new signs up everywhere telling you to stay the hell out!! That will surely suck if access is restricted now. Might have to bribe the new owners.
