I checked in store where I work and found that we have two of the plugs in question, albeit in the K11 size.

The color combination is called

The SKU is 5413-011-050 I suspect the first four numbers are the style, the middle 3 are the size and I have no idea on the last three.

The UPC is 012553322263

With those two numbers and the name, you should be able to query your local sporting goods store about ordering up some plugs.
