The bark collar has already been discussed with them by the police. I guess that didn't help much

I may try the video and court thing if it is not cleared up by summer when the windows need to be open on those 80-90 degree days.

The thing that really gets me is if I knew I was irritating one of my neighbors that bad I would try to appease them and get some resolve. Live and let live but don't interfere with other peoples lives.
