I think one of the days I remember the most a friend, my wife and myself hiked six miles up on an Olympic National Park river this was back in Jan. 1967 because of the time it took to get there we only had time to fish one hole if we wanted to get back to the trail head before dark (had to wade the river to get to the trail head) we fished a hole near an old homestead and landed 10 chrome brite steelhead in about an hour we never kept count on how many fished we lost.
