RB: I do not do much special to store my jigs. Because I seldom use scents or bait with my jigs they are in pretty good shape after use. I just put them back in the fly box and leave the box open to let them dry. I can see where that might be a bit of an advantage over the wallets. I usually take no more than a couple of dozen jigs with me and often only fish four or five in a day.

The cerise jig I landed a dozen chums on yesterday is now in the garbage. The paint was all chipped off the head, the feathers were trashed and there was prawn goo on them. .

(PS All my jigs face to the left. I'm considering tossing out all the red ones and just fishing blue \:D )
