I've had the ceramic tip guide break out too. I replaced it myself by just buying a matching diameter tip replacement, heating it up with a lighter, pulling it off with pliers, and putting it back on with a little more epoxy. Next time I took it into the local sports shop where I originally bought it and they fixed it the same way for the price of the new tip and it cost only $2. I'd try Sportco or GI Joe's.
