Spark plug and a treble hook = Concrete spinner.

Lets say the fish aren't exactly cooperating and not biting but you can see em all over. They will spook the fish to you so you can "grip it and rip it" and "hook" into some fish.

Not really so much with the Steelhead but the Silvers and Kings I know this goes on for certain.
