Does anyone have contact info for this "Reel Meister?"

I sent both of my Calcuttas to John's Sporting Goods in Everett for cleaning and anti- reverse bearing replacement. They sent it back to me with a note that I will need to change the anti- reverse bearings out soon!

I am still in duck hunting mode so this would be the perfect time to send them out.
