If you do a seach on fishing Elliot Bay, I believe there were some great threads on fishing Elliot Bay Blackmouth a year or more back. Getting keepers in Elliot Bay, the few times that I fish there, hasn't been easy for me. I tend to fish north of there in area 10 when it opens back up.
