Do a search for Iraq scrap metal and you'll see that it's been going on since the invasion. Another one of Rumsfeld's miscalculations was the looting that went on, thus possibly, and ironically, removing any evidence that there were WMDs. Now all we have are parts and pieces showing up in different countries.
