"I haven't seen the trophy"

The NCAA awards it to the UW in July it comes with a couple of lost scholarships and TV and Bowl game bans. At least Gilby will have an excuse for a few years and the Dogs can look to UO and WSU as bowl games :p Cougs are ranked 14th in pre season polls.
