Shelton people are just a little wierd, AM.........it makes sense we'd grivitate towards fishing. ;\)

When I moved away after HS and migrated north to Seattle and then eventually Lacey, people would hear me talk and say "Well, you can take the boy out of Shelton, but you can't take Shelton out of the boy." \:D What do Seattle and Lacey-folk know anyway?

Shelton isn't the town I moved away from any more, though. It's done a lot of growing, too.

I still remember spending all summer dinking around on Mill Creek or over at Tony's house on Lake Limerick, and then anxiously awaiting the chums after Halloween. I caught my first steelhead in Mill Creek in about 1974, too.

Good times.
