Sadly Dan, that's EXACTLY why we see so many of these soft money ads. America is SORELY LACKING responsible, reasonable, informed voters and BOTH parties know it! Hell, they count on it!

It's just like you said... as long as we can be manipulated into partisan bickering over stupid issues, it is us, the average American voter that is the inevitable loser.
