Bush hasn't been running around making issues of what a hero he was and how he earned this "award" Not the pot calling kettle anything here.. He also isn't running on an outstanding unit AWARD. He also didn't go to the steeps of the white house and throw back his "outstanding Unit Award". What would be interesting is to see how many other people were wearing the award at the same time.
