I would say that Bush is honoring the small flag by signing it and not ridiculing or desecrating it and Kerry desecrated it more than once by basically spitting on it after he turned his back on it. To the Kerry lovers I'm sure Bush is desecrating while if Kerry were the signer he would be proving his patriotism.

I suppose if I sent some american flag TP to H2O he would be glad to wipe with it.
