I think the worst part of this isn't just Florida, it is:
"The lawsuit is part of a national effort by Democrats to keep Nader off ballots in states where he could siphon votes from Democratic presidential nominee John Kerry"

And Nader is on the ballot in 35 states!

So why are they only after Nader, why not Michael Badnarik (Libertarian), Walt Brown (Socialist) or david Cobb (Green Party)? Because Nader will actually accumulate some votes. And like I said before, the Dem's want every vote to count, as long as it's a vote for them. Maybe they will try to get Bush off the ballot in close states too, they might as I well because at this point it is probably their only chance for victory in November.
