But speaking of Kerry's religious backgroud - anyone notice how Kerry is a "man of all religions"?

He's been using a traditional Buddhist greeting called a "pranam" or "Namaskara Mudra" I think.

Here's a quote from someone that seems to sum it up well:

Kerry is presenting himself as a Catholic while it appears to me in fact that he more strongly identifies himself with the Buddhist tradition (so much so that he gave "pranam" to a Catholic priest.) Seems a bit dishonest to me."
