acts are not sex, and one person may have sex while the other one involved does NOT have sex.

I remember when Slick Willy was trying to get America to 'swallow' his theory about how he came to the conclusion through extensive bible study that oral copulation was not a sex act and therefore not adultry or a legal (Clintonese) definition of 'sexual relations'--I wondered at the time if he had walked in on his wife giving another man a 'Lewinsky' if he would have been as interspective and 'liberal' in his interperation of appropriate spousal behavior.
