I hope Gilby can land on his feet. I have alway thought highly of him and after today even more. As Management/Administrators one of the biggest jobs is to put people in a situation within which they can succeed. With no President, no AD, no Coach and not much talent Gilby didn't have a chance. Now was the right time for him to step aside and let the new guys bring in their own Coach! I think the Dawgs will rebound quicker than most believe they can. All they need is stability and a querterback. They should be able to recruit a great querterback this year by simply showing him tape of the compitition....."Dude you'll be starting next year!!!!"
