this is the second hunting related story i have heard on the news in the past few weeks. what would cause someone to shoot another person over the use of a treestand? the other story i heard happened here in western washington. a guy was shot while pheasant hunting. the shot didn't penetrate the skin, but it left some marks on the back of his neck. the hunter who shot him didn't accept responsibility for it. the funny things is that he had the guts to show up the next day after he had shot someone. this is why hunters get a bad reputation. i enjoy hunting, but the people in my neigborhood don't. for some reason they don't like it when i walk around the easement road with my shotgun. these days when i hear a car coming i hurry into the bushes out of sight.
