I wonder if old grand pooBah of the KKK , Robert Byrd, read that part about all men being created equal....Or does his new legislation include > "except negroes"?

Glad to see he wants school kids to find out there is a constitution..hope he didn't mandate that bill of rights part or the declaration of independence...all that stuff about equal rights and God and such...can't teach that stuff.
