I've fished Indian Village a bit, I'm certainly not an expert though. From what I've seen about 90%of the fish are caught an hour or so on either side of high slack. Some fish are caught all through the ebb and the flood, but I feel like I'm wasting time unless I'm there for high slack. If you find bait keep going through it the best you can. If you can't find bait and aren't marking a lot of fish, troll shallow and fast with the tide, and cover lots of ground.
Has anyone fished around Vendovi or Pt. William on Samish Is.? There must be a lot of fish at William, the seiners were lining up to set at the point this morning.
