"What is the relationship (if any) between the RFA and WA Sportfishing PAC? "

The RFA-WA State Board has contracted with the PAC for lobbying services in Olympia and elsewhere.

"Also, the PAC looks like the right cause as that's been my criticism of the RFA is that they're national and not local."

RFA is a national organization, with local chapters. We just got the Washington chapter up and running last year, so it's on the upswing as we speak. The Washington Chapter has been fairly active locally since its inception, and will continue to get more and more active.

"Are either of these organizations tax deductable 501C3's?"

I'm pretty sure they're not...some of the lobbying activities that they do are not allowable under 501(c)(3) rules...

Here is a spot to keep up on current events with the RFA-WA...unfortunately you have to register with the forum to read it, but like all the rest, it's quick and free to do so.
