Patagonia SST jackets. The last 2 models are awesome and they perform flawless and has been prooven. Simms guide and G3 jackets are nice, but be prepared to pay the price. I got my new SST on Ebay for only 200.00. You could probably find a G3 on Ebay for 250.00 if your lucky!

Sometimes when in a downpour in 50 deg weather, sweat is sometimes mistaken for leakage. Trust me, you would know if your jacket was leaking. A little dampness is normal, just like fleece under breathable waders, your gonna be a little soaked from sweat.
