Actually they do recycle the summer run. They truck them down to Duvall and dump them several times during the river. Tokul Creek doesn't spawn summer run. You are right, it's a different breed of folks who fish there. Some guys who would never think of fishing it will bow down to the fish gods when the main river is out and it's the only game in town. Sometimes it is worth the price of admission to stand on that bridge and watch the show though.
