All the talk of hatchery fish harming the native runs pales by comparison to what tribal gill nets do to the wild runs...especially steelhead. The cutbacks on the Skagit are a result of yet another "deal" with the tribes...translate that to say the tribes told WDFW one more time how things are gonna be...done deal. again.
