If I read it correctly, it doesn't matter if three guys in a boat fish the tourney, as long as they all register. One must take into concideration, a fish picture without another person helping to hold the camera, is going to be very difficult without harming a fish. I assume most people will be fishing with a partner or two.
Lets say two guys enter the tourney and 1 guy rows the boat. Do all three have to enter, or just the two guys who are competing?
