very good irie, on the south african brewing (sab) not many folks would know abot sab. the purchase of miller by sab means that the sun when never set on SAB-MGD assets.

being in the brewing industry for 10 years as cellar/brewer i can say that breweries are properties on a monopoly board. anything can be bought or sold at anytime.

whats amasing about the olympia/miller brewery before it was boarded up. was that not a drop of miller beer was brewed there. it was a full contract brewing only.

here is another truth about oly/miller when the doors were open. they had a bottling line that was called the "econoline". why was it called econoline? because out of one brite/goverment tank (taxable) they bottled hamms,raineir,pbr,oly and shlitz! never moved a hose all day. anyone believe this? next time your at the grocery store notice the pricing of these (budget) beers... there all the same price.
