I got the photochromic copper lenses on my Smith/AO's dont know if that is the same as amber but close anyway...think it depends on the type of water/sunlight etc...I would love to have a pair of easily changeable tints depending on where I am/weather that particular day as I have heard many diff opinions on this subject depending on the variables.
