I'm in the market for a new pontoon and have been trying to get in contact with skookum for the last two weeks for info about their steelheader. But.....they don't answer their phone, don't return messages, don't return emails.... so now I'm worried that I might be making a mistake if I happen to get in touch and buy one. their customer service just doesn't impress me at all. what might they be like during/after the sale ?
