Up here in my neck of the woods crabbing doesn't open until July 15th so I'll wait and see but if I am near GI Joe's (now "Joes") I'll ask for my permanent one. Every time I hear about the "temporary" or "mailed" card it makes me think I am getting that thin "reciept paper" grade punch card. Those suck! What quality/grade of paper is the card people are picking up if they buy their liscence today? Is is any better than last years?
