A couple years ago a buddy of mine was camping at Lake Chelan with his family. He's a diver, so he was doing some shallow scuba stuff and saw about a 12 pound largemouth laying under a shelf in 10 feet of water. He skewers the thing and comes to the surface with it. Everyone is amazed. He cooks it on an open fire and invites the local campers over for a bite. One of them turns out to be the game warden who is quite interested in the method by which the large fish was dispatched. Long story short, the warden told him not to do it again.
