My comment wasn't a cheap shot, it was a dead bullseye. Have you ever driven though one of our reservations? The people live in fecis and vomit encrusted clothing, they stink, they live like rats and they have zero self respect. How are people like this supposed to respect a resource like anadromous fish? And how is the WDFW supposed to manage a fishery with such a partner? Partnerships are only as stong as the weakest link, and a divorce in this case seems untangable. So I say it the way it is, like it or not.
