Damn good stuff, brings back memories of when I first moved to Seattle. A buddy of mine had a friend with a 50 foot sailboat and I had no place to live so I took it for the winter. $500 a month and I was right in front of Palisades and woke up daily to a million dollar view of downtown, mt rainier, seals, birds, fish etc...there were a few nights stumbling home from the bar during winter storms trying to get on the rocking, ice covered boat and nearly drowning along with hiking up in rainstorms to take showers that sucked but made for some interesting times. There were also a few MILF's that I stumbled into during happy hour at Palisades that I spun some great stories to about my Yacht being repaired but lets go down to my old backup sailboat for a nightcap...got booted off by the owner after his wife left him just before the nice summer weather hit...I'd do it again but would prefer it to be moored off a nude beach somewhere in the Caribbean.
