A few years back I was in Georgetown in DC. It was December right before Xmas and it was about -15*F with ice and snow and we walked by the Speedo Shop and there was nearly a line out the door of well groomed young men buying Speedos.

Yeah.

We had to walk six blocks to find a bar that wasn't trying to double as an art gallery. Georgetown on a normal day made Capitol Hill during Pride Week look like The Pacific County Fair.
