Wow, that is a pretty good deal.

Too bad the cost of permitting , demolition, moving and re-attaching will be more than 10X the actual cost. If the Navy could figure out a way to make the cost of installation about 30X the purchase price they might take it (I'm sure that the feasibility study alone will be 4X the purchase price).

I like how it can be transported to anywhere on the Pacific Ocean or oceans that are connected to it.
