It's already there. My mom's a teacher and the school's are full of kids with behavior problems, learning disabilities, and drug addicted parents. It is taking away from the kids whose parents aren't responsible for their kids' problems and stretching the teachers too thin. They are not equipped or educated on how to handle some of this stuff. Neglect and abuse are rampant. What do you think this round of tweaker's kids will most likely turn into? There are drugs being used and sold in the grade schools now.
