6TH BATTALION 37th ARTILLERY BRAVO BATTERY 1969-1970

That is the unit that my late father was assigned to from 1969 to 1970. This was his third TDY to Korea. His first TDY in Korea was when he was 17 at the outbreak of hostilities.

Anyway, among some of his keepsakes he gave me before his passing, was a book from his TDY in 1969. It almost resembles a high school yearbook. The 6th battalion crest is on the cover along with the Indian head patch also worn by that unit. I don't know much other that that but I have photographed several sections of the book and would be happy to share it with the board members if you guys deem it appropriate content.

I have the images uploaded to photobucket if that would be better to have just one link to the group of pictures?
The inside title page also has the unit history listed from its inception in 1918 at Camp Lewis Washington. (now referred to as Ft. Lewis)

Kind Regards,
Eddie

Just a sample page among many interesting shots that include the artillery pieces. My father is on the bottom. I still have the large name placard that is on his desk in the photo.
