[quote=Steelheadman]Ideally I kinda of like Ron Paul. I was listening to him on Jay Leno and the audience seemed to like his ideas. I kinda of agree with him on foreign policy, taxes, national debt, social security, personnel liberties, reduced taxes, reduced government. I'm independent and I consider myself a moderate but fiscally conservative. Maybe a little to the left of center on some social issues and environmental issues. I have some libertarian in me. I guess BJ would consider me a liberal environmental wacko.
I feel your pain Steelheadman. What I like about Ron Paul is that even if I don't agree with his position, at least he gives a straight answer. There is no slick politician speak. I also like that he is coming from a place of PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY for his actions. Can we get KK to press our politicians to perform just like us people out in the real world with real jobs? I would have been fired long ago if I performed like our legislators. I am also sick of our one party system, the government for sale that both parties are guilty of partaking. I'll get down off the soapbox now...
