If the State would demand that the "co-managers" in our fisheries share FACTUAL data on their catch we might be in a better situation.

Have you been reading about how the legislature is trying to decipher the financial budget data that the WDFW gave them? That problem is what was been created and been allowed to breed by the political climate in Olympia.
