I ALSO have a friend who just returned from his second stint in Iraq, and his opinion is that the general consensus from ALL of those that he served with (The Army) over there is this:

The War is stupid
We are NOT winning
We should NOT be there
The Politicians want Us there, but The Military Itself does NOT
