LOL...yep I used to think I was the shniz lead thrower until a buddy of mine stood next to me and outhooked me 5 to 1. Since then I usually carry two rods of appropriate riggin. There are some amazingly lightweight long rods out these days. Guy I know on the nooch uses a frickin 14 1/2 footer but prolly weighs as much as a regular 9 footer. I just couldnt believe how light it was....didnt seem right. Alot to be said about a drift bite though...grin. Watchin a boober go down can be addicting as well.
