Jbride - actually I was mostly being sarcastic/kidding. In this case your best bet is probably to either sell them or strike a deal. There has got to be some new shoes she has really been wanting. In the grand scheme of things, if you are going to be a true fishing addict like many of us here, you need a pretty understanding spouse/GF, but I also realize the need to keep the peace at times.
