Far better in my estimation, when the little tyke is 8 or older, leave the product of the current pregnancy with grammie and gramps, and go in November when the weather is mild and the crowds pretty much disappear. The lines can become so non-existant that you can finish a ride and run around and get on it again the very next turn.

It's been many years since I took my kids, but the rides didn't break down, and the place was spotless from being pressure washed every night (saw them finishing up one morning as we entered immediately when it opened).

The filth Im talking about was "behind the scenes" like in the roller coaster tunnel with the emergency floodlights on. Those scary red eyes in the dark are just a couple of LED's held on by a screw with exposed wiring hanging down or stuck on with duct tape. Looked really slipshod & jimmy-rigged.

It was still a fun trip and a memory of a lifetime for my 6 year old.
