exactly what building is the NHL or NBA going to be playing in? u think its hard in this area to get a quality arena built WITH an actual team try doing without any team. remember, Key Arena is the SMALLEST venue in the NBA along with having the worst lease agreement in the history of pro sports.

I would love to see a Pepsi Center type bldg here that could house both NBA and NHL but the where and how of it is a BIG?
