My favorite thing to do when arguing politics is give a Republican* four inches of rope and watch them still be able to wrap it around their own necks...no point is ever made so well as having one make it for you.

*I say "Republican" rather than "Conservative" because, for one, they aren't anything at all the same anymore, and conservatives are ideologues who, like progressives, are fiercely loyal to their ideals. Republicans don't have any ideals anymore, and vote for purely partisan politics as their ideology.
