As far as Palin is concerned, my thoughts go something like this.

She is a long time Alaskan and she is a hunter.




She knows and understands issues affecting hunters, both natural and legislative.
Her parents are serious hunters as well.




She has been raised in a family that understands and loves the outdoors and holds hunting as a very important part of their lives.
Lefties want to paint Palin as someone who wants to rape and pillage the environment .

Contrast that with two slick urban politicians that don't know jack shitt about hunting, fishing & the outdoors and the issues that affect us sportsmen.
These guy's feet never leave the asphalt.
I feel that they could really care less about anything that has to do with hunting other than it is something that some of their constituants and financial contributors want them to do away with.

Her ties to commercial fishing may be troublesome for some of you, Is she responsible in her views on ocean harvest or does she just want to ravage the sea?
I have not heard what her commercial fishing policies are.
I disagree with her religous beliefs.
However you cannot deny that Palin is much more in touch with wildlife issues than either Obama or Biden.
