After spending Friday into this monring at LaPush, with no TV, no paper, no radio, just fishing and drinking, life was looking pretty good. But , then, I got near PA and decided to turn on KIRO and found out the world is falling apart. Kind of reminds me of Y2K, remember, lots of folks saying it was going to be the end of life as we know it. But then midnight comes around and nothing happens.

I don't expect much out of Congress anymore, so with expectations set low, I remaine un-disapointed by today's events. I am glad they are going to take the Jewish holidays off tomorrow, so I think I will too. I mean any crisis waiting for me at work can't be as bad as the one facing this Nation.
