So a question... He's in office until the 2010 elections at a minimum. I get that.

So he's also the chair of the Natural Resources, Ocean & Recreation committee, which is what allows him to create all sorts of problems for us. My question is simple... What would be required to displace him as the chair of this committee?

Are these chair positions elected? Seniority based? Is there another committee which he'd rather be on? I'm not an expert at these things, but would appreciate any insight you all have.
