If he bought a plumbing business that earned $250k would his taxes go up and Obama said "yup. gotta spread the wealth around"! That's socialism. Who cares whether he is licensed or not? You don't have a license to buy the business. Whether or not he can afford it? Barney Flake will see that he gets the loan.
